Full-Time Missionary Volunteers
Our full-time missionaries are 100% volunteers and are not paid to work/serve here. Each family/individual must raise their own support to cover their needs.   If you are interested in supporting any of the families or individuals please contact them directly!


THE MEJIA-BUSCH FAMILY – HONDURAS/USA
WhatsApp Image 2018-11-26 at 3.04.21 PMSergio and Melissa are the Founders and Directors of Ignite Ministry.  They serve as pastors for Ignite ministry, oversee current ministries, project and develop new ministries, secure funding for current and future projects,  and oversee strategic Alliance teams, Core Team, short and long term volunteers. They serve together with their 6 children (Giovanni, Saul, Ricky, Angelo, Elissa, Emiliegh,  and Nykole Ann Marie ).

 

14433107_10154604605384923_7361422844161328785_nMissie Christensen (USA) has been serving in Honduras full time since 2011. She is currently on the leadership team with Ignite. Aside from running accounting  for the ministry she is also a Doula, ChildBirth Educator and has begun her studies to become a Midwife.  She uses her titles to help run our ministry for expecting mothers in our community.

 

 

a1447eaa-25ce-43aa-9237-06fc30f92f25Nancy Chinchilla (Honduras)  started serving with Ignite Ministry in 2016. She began as an intern with our Doula ministry. She is now on staff filling many positions within our school system first and foremost as our tutor for our Early Learning Center (Ignite Infantil) as well as our student coordinator/counselor for both of our schools that we run. She plans field trips, parent teacher conferences, and as a mentor for the teenage girls from our middle school.

 

 

Paid Staff:

100_0815Ms. Karla Euceda is  the tutor for our middle school (Colegio Ignite) for the 2018 school year. She has many years of experience as Sunday school teacher and as an aid in after-school and tutoring programs through out Honduras.

 

 

 

 

WhatsApp Image 2018-11-26 at 3.16.26 PMNicole Licona (Honduras) after graduating with her degree in Biblical Studies with an emphasis in Christian Education,  Nicole started working with Ignite Ministry in 2018 as an administrator and a tutoring assistant in our middle school. For the 2019 school year she will  begin a new role as our education director overseeing our three school programs (Early Learning Center, Preschool, and Middle school) and also helps assist in our English classes.
